PCS Corp. is led by Steven Preston, whose career in construction and restoration spans over 35 years across Tampa Bay and Central Florida. Over the years, he has worked on a wide range of residential and commercial projects, gaining a deep, practical understanding of how buildings perform and how issues develop over time.

His appreciation for the science of building comes from decades of hands-on experience in the field, where attention to detail and thorough understanding of materials and systems are essential.

He is committed to approaching every project with care and intention — focusing on completing the work safely, efficiently, and to a standard that ensures long-term reliability for each property and for the people wo rely on it.
